• Delete duplicate Feedback E-mails when opening a Map file in Visio
  The Feedback E-mail shape is a standard feature allowing users to comment on the usability and accuracy of a map.

  When added to the default template, the Feedback shape ‘snaps’ to the lower right-hand corner. If further Feedback shapes are added, these also snap into the same position. As a result, only the top Feedback shape is active.

  Select this option to check for multiple Feedback E-mail shapes in the same position, and delete all but the ‘top’ shape.

• Use the following Custom Property name with Refresh Level
  For users with a Node Level Indicator as part of their template, the Node level is updated automatically using the specified property.
• Matching Rules File (to override default matching rules)
  If a Matching Rules file has been generated (see Generating Matching Rules File), then you can indicate the file to be used here.
